Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) are an agreement between you and Adiel (“Adiel”, “we”, “us”) about your use of the Adiel app (the “App”) and our website adielapp.com (together, the “Services”). By using the Services, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.

1. Who can use Adiel

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Services. By using them, you confirm that you are 18 or older and able to agree to these Terms.

2. The Services

Adiel is a manifestation app based on the Role Play method. You describe the life you want, and the App responds with conversations, affirmations, audio stories and other content.

Adiel’s messages and the content in the App are generated by artificial intelligence. They are inspired by Adiel’s method and style. They may sometimes be inaccurate, incomplete or unexpected.

We may change, add or remove features of the Services at any time.

3. Not professional advice

The Services are for personal reflection, inspiration and entertainment. They are not medical, mental health, therapeutic, financial, legal or any other professional advice, and they are not a substitute for it. Do not rely on anything in the App to make important decisions about your health, your money, your relationships or your safety. Talk to a qualified professional instead.

4. Your safety

Adiel is not a crisis or emergency service. If you are in danger, thinking about harming yourself, or someone is hurting you, contact your local emergency number right away, or find a helpline at findahelpline.com.

If your messages suggest you may be in danger, the App may step out of the Role Play and point you to real help.

5. Your account

The App creates an account for you automatically. You may also sign in with a supported account, such as Apple. You are responsible for activity on your device and account. You can delete your account at any time, as described in our Privacy Policy.

6. Subscriptions and payments

• Subscription required. Access to the App requires a paid subscription. The available plans, prices and any free trial are shown in the App before you buy.
• Payment through Apple. Payment is charged to your Apple Account when you confirm your purchase.
• Automatic renewal. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each period unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the current period ends.
• Free trials. If a plan includes a free trial, it turns into a paid subscription when the trial ends unless you cancel before then.
• Cancelling. You can manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple Account settings. Cancelling takes effect at the end of the current period. Deleting the App or your account does not cancel your subscription.
• Refunds. All purchases are handled by Apple, and refunds are subject to Apple’s policies.

7. Your content

You own what you write and share in the App (“Your Content”). You give us permission to store, process and use Your Content, and to share it with our service providers (including our AI provider), only as needed to provide and personalize the Services for you, as described in our Privacy Policy. Your Content is private and is not shown to other users.

8. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• use the Services for anything illegal or harmful;
• try to break, overload, hack or reverse engineer the Services;
• try to make the App produce content unrelated to its purpose, or misuse its AI features;
• copy, resell or commercially exploit the Services;
• use bots, scrapers or other automated tools with the Services;
• impersonate anyone or misuse anyone else’s account.

We may limit, suspend or end your access if you break these Terms.

9. Our intellectual property

The Services, including the App, its design, text, audio and other content, and the Adiel name and brand, belong to us or our licensors. We give you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the App for your own non-commercial use, under these Terms.

10. Apple

The App is distributed through Apple’s App Store. Your license to use the App is also subject to Apple’s Licensed Application End User License Agreement. These Terms are between you and us, not Apple. Apple is not responsible for the App or its content, and has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for it. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and may enforce them against you.

11. Disclaimers

The Services are provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee that the Services will always be available, uninterrupted, error-free or meet your expectations, or that any outcome, result or manifestation will happen.

12. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits or opportunities, arising from your use of the Services. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Services is limited to the amount you paid for the Services in the 6 months before the claim.

Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you have under the consumer protection laws of your country that cannot be limited by agreement.

13. Ending your use

You can stop using the Services and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or end your access if you break these Terms, or if we stop offering the Services. Sections that by their nature should continue after these Terms end will continue.

14. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will change the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. If you keep using the Services after an update, you accept the new Terms.

15. General

These Terms and our Privacy Policy are the entire agreement between you and us about the Services. If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest stays in effect. If we do not enforce a right, we do not waive it. You may not transfer your rights under these Terms. We may transfer ours as part of a merger, sale or transfer of our business.
